Tomorrow, when you are giving Thanks for everything, make sure to include yourself in that list. It’s like when you fly and they say in case of emergency to give yourself oxygen before giving it to others. You have to love and take care of yourself first, before you can properly do it for others. May your heart be filled with love and gratitude this week, especially for yourself.
